To create safe, inclusive spaces for Melbourne's youth, fostering community engagement, skill development, and restorative relationships to reduce youth crime and enhance well-being.

The introduction of youth drop-in centres is a natural extension of our mission, offering safe and inclusive spaces where young people can engage with their peers, access support services, and develop skills that will serve them in the long term.

These centres provide structured yet flexible opportunities, including mentorship, job-readiness, and service opportunities Importantly, these spaces also serve as hubs for restorative relationships, bringing young people together with police, educators, and community leaders to foster trust and understanding.

  • Sydenham

    Running in Terms 1 and 4, 2025, this program provides a safe space in partnership with Victoria Police, Sydenham Library, local community leaders, and with the support of Brimbank Council.

  • cs square

    Running in Terms 2 and 3, 2025, this program offers food for young people in the space and connects them with positive peer mentors to build strong relationships, in partnership with the centre.

  • springside

    Running in Terms 2 and 3, 2025, this program invites a local school to connect with and re-engage in the space, linking youth-centred opportunities, in partnership with Melton Young Communities.

  • Throughout our time working together, the group demonstrated a deep commitment to the well-being and growth of the young individuals they interacted with. They consistently showed patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of the youth we serve. They are not only a reliable team but also individuals the youth could trust and confide in.
